Jean and I camped last weekend with our son John in Wisconsin’s Door county. We found that Peninsula State park has nice shaded camp sites and lots of biking trails. Plus a professional theater performing each evening in their outdoor ampitheater!
Our evening "Fish boil" served fish, potatoes and "cherry pie!" I was passionate to buy some fresh cherries at a local orchard. Well, I discovered they tasted identical to our cherry tree at home. Jean and I picked several gallons of cherries, and are preserving our produce for homemade cherry pies this winter. :>) Pat
